COVID-19: Important information for customers.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic that is currently gripping the world, we wanted to let our customers know that we are doing everything we can to ensure that our business can continue to operate 'as normal' and provide the same level of service that we pride ourselves on!

With that in mind, there will be a few things that may affect our day-to-day operations.

1. We will be employing social distancing as a precautionary measure. We think this is one small but extremely important step we can take to protect our family as well as our local community. We are also following all recommended hygiene standards when packing and sending our orders.

2. Our Showroom is now closed for the immediate future. This means no visits to the showroom and no pop-up shops. We are however offering local contact-free click & collect! (see below)

3. Contact-Free Click & Collect Gold Coast: We are now offering a contact-free pick up option for those in self-isolation. Simply enter the code CLICKANDCOLLECT at the checkout to save on shipping and let us know when you'd like to collect. We will organise a safe place to collect your order from at our Bilinga, Southern Gold Coast location without any need for human contact! 

4. Order processing times: Please be mindful that we are small family business working from home during this time with young children. With increased sales volumes, This means some orders may take a little longer to pack/send than usual, however we do have the Express Post option which will be packed and sent by the next business day if you need your order in a hurry! Other orders may take an average of 2-3 days to process or up to 7 days depending on our workload. If you have concerns please email us regarding lead-times.

5. Delivery Delays: Please note that we use both AusPost as well as various Couriers for our order delivery. ALL methods of freight WILL be impacted by COVID-19 and delays may occur that are beyond our control.

If you are concerned we recommend selecting the EXPRESS POST option at the checkout. This means your order will be processed with priority by us, and will also fast-track your order with AusPost. PLEASE NOTE During various periods Express Post is no longer garanteed, and whilst Express Post will still be the fastest method and treated with priority - Next Day delivery is no longer guaranteed. If you’re a Gold Coast local: We highly recommend you utilise our FREE Click & Collect service! Simply use the code CLICKANDCOLLECT at the checkout to remove the shipping costs and you can collect your order within 24 hours from our Bilinga location.
