Most of our orders are sent via AusPost. To estimate how long your parcel will take to arrive, you can use their online estimator here. We ship our parcels from Bilinga, 4225 (You'll need to enter this in the "From" field).
For more details, see the link below. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and send your parcels. Please allow up to 10 business days during peak trade/sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing Day, AfterPay Day Sale etc). All local pick-up and Express orders will be treated with priority and will be processed on the same or next business day.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days as a guide, however there are exceptions during holiday periods and our busier times of year, eg during and after our Black Friday sale events, or during lockdown periods. Please allow at least 5-15 business days to process your order during these times.
If you would like your order processed with priority, please upgrade to Express Shipping. Express orders are packed and sent by the next business day. Local pick up orders will also be processed with priority.
How can I track my order? You will receive an email from us as soon as your parcel is on it's way, along with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your parcel and notify you when your parcel has been delivered. (Please note some international shipping methods do not provide tracking unless you select this option prior)
I didn't receive an order confirmation/tracking for your order. What do I do? All orders will receive an order confirmation as soon as you've placed an order, as well as a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been processed. Please check your junk mail before contacting us. If you can't locate it, please email us at email@example.com with your order # or full name, and we can re-send if necessary.
My order should have arrived by now - What do I do? If your order is taking longer than expected, you can launch an investigation through AusPost. Request Auspost to investigate here. PLEASE NOTE: AusPost is currently overwhelmed with a huge increase in orders due to lockdowns & restrictions. Please see their website for any up-to-date information regarding delays/delivery times.
How do I give Authority to Leave my parcel if I'm not home? Please note that we cannot give Authority to Leave your parcel somewhere if you aren't home - this is something you'll need to activate with AusPost through your MyPost account. You can read more about it here.
Free Gold Coast Local Pick Up
Can I collect my order in person? If you're a Gold Coast or Northern NSW local (or just happen to be in the area!) and would like to collect your order in person from our Bilinga location, please select LOCAL PICK UP as your shipping option at the checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pick-up email confirmation from us. You'll then need to email us to organise a suitable time to collect your order (Please note we usually require 24 hours to process your order prior to collection). Please note we are not liable for loss/theft/damage of pick-up orders once they’ve been marked ready for collection.
Large/Bulky purchase: Please note that large/bulky items including furniture items are only available for local pick up from our base located at Bilinga on the Southern Gold Coast and they do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping. We do not ship furniture, unless by prior arrangement. If we’re able to ship your item, it will incur a bulky surcharge. This is especially the case for remote or international purchases.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Flat rate standard shipping $6.95 for orders under $75 or for WA orders $9.95 flat rate. Excludes bulky or heavy items.
Express Shipping Flat rate $11.95 or WA orders $14.95 Express. Excludes large or bulky items. Please note orders may take 24 hours to process and will be shipped next available business day.
