Here’s a handy guide with dates to help you stay organised and informed this festive season!

As this time of year is busy, we alway’s recommend getting your orders in as early as possible!

Here’s our tips to make sure your gifts arrive on-time for Christmas this year:

1. Order before Midday (we run on QLD/Standard time), this will ensure in most cases that your order will ship the same day!
2. Upgrade to our premium Express Post service! This means priority packing and priority post getting your order to you faster.
3. Add our email: hello@pineappletraders.com.au to your safe list! You don’t want our tracking emails to go to your junk mail.

But before you place an order, it's important to know the Christmas postage cut-off dates to ensure your parcels arrive in time for the big day. Locals Tip: Don’t forget the fastest way to get your order for Gold Coast locals is to pick it up! Our contact-free click and collect is usually processed the same day and you can collect at a time that suits you. Just select “Local Pick Up” as your shipping method at the checkout....

We’re taking a short break away from the business to for a little rest and relaxation (and a cocktail or two).  Please note that we will not be processing orders or checking emails regularly during this time.  MOTHER’S DAY ORDER CUT-OFF: Please ensure you place your Mother’s Day orders prior to Midday on Friday, 29th April.  We will be taking a short break so no orders will be processed or sent from Midday Friday 29th April - Monday 9th May.
