From Midday Tuesday, 23rd December 2025 - Monday 5th January 2026 we will not be shipping orders same day, nor offering local pick up same day. Orders placed during this time will take 2-5 days to process. Same/next day express shipping will not be available. Custom orders/Pool Signs will also take longer to process during this period.

As this time of year is busy, we alway’s recommend getting your orders in as early as possible!
Here’s our tips to make sure your gifts arrive on-time for Christmas this year:
- Order before Midday (we run on QLD/Standard time), this will ensure in most cases that your order will ship the same day!
- Upgrade to our premium Express Post service! This means priority packing and priority post getting your order to you faster.
- Add our email: hello@pineappletraders.com.au to your safe list! You don’t want our tracking emails to go to your junk mail.
