Our Black Friday Sale is almost here, and we’ve put together a little survival guide to help you make the most of our biggest sale of the year! This year we will be giving EARLY ACCESS to our VIP’s, so if you’re not subscribed to our Facebook updates or on our emails database, now’s the time to sign up.
1. Make sure you enter the Black Friday Sale Code before checking out! Enter the code into the COUPON CODE box prior to checking out. Remember: No code = No discount. We cannot give refunds or cancel your order for failure to use your discount code. If for any reason the code isn’t working - please email or message us PRIOR to checking out so that we can assist you.
2. Create a customer profile with us: Set up your customer profile via the website so that your name, address, phone and email are pre-filled when it comes time to checkout! You can also do this via the Shop App (which can be used on other online stores too). Download the Shop App here.
3. Make sure the items in your cart are correct BEFORE you checkout: Check the quantities, colour and size of the items your purchasing before you finalise your order. This is our busiest time of year and we may not be able to update your order for you due to stock availability and turnaround times.
4. Please familiarise yourself with our refund and exchange policies. Be sure to read our product descriptions, shipping policies etc. so that there’s no confusion and to avoid any disappointment. View our Refund and Exchange policies here.
5. Don’t delay! Whilst we’ve done our best to stock up on all of your fave products - some items will sell out quickly! If you love it, don’t delay in placing your order as some items won’t be restocked until the New Year.
6. Need it in a hurry? Please note it can take anywhere between 24 hours and 14 business days to pack and process your order during our Black Friday Sale period. If you need your order quickly, PLEASE select Express Post for domestic orders or Local Pick Up if you’re able to collect from our Southern Gold Coast Location. 7. Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Safe Senders or Contact List! This is important! If not your order confirmation and tracking email may go to your junk mail and you’ll miss important emails from us.
8. Please be patient with us. We’re a small business and this is our busiest time of year. If you’ve emailed us and not had a response straight away, please remember our priority is packing/sending orders. If your enquiry is urgent we will get back to you as soon as we can - but it could take 24 - 48 hours. If you have a question about your order, remember to use the Shop App to stay up to date or check your junk mail for any emails you may have missed. You can also check our Shipping page for any information regarding lead times or how to check on your order.
9. Check your details! Ensure that when you check out your Name, Address, Email Phone and Shipping/Billing details are correct BEFORE you check out! We cannot be held liable for these errors and they will delay your order so please check them prior to checking out.
